Dear Customers,
On the morning of July 4, 2025, at approximately 09:07 AM (GMT+3), a power-related incident occurred at our data center. This led to a brief 5-minute outage affecting server nodes and a longer 65-minute disruption impacting the core Firewall Infrastructure. Several systems were affected, and an in-depth investigation is currently underway.
The data center has confirmed that no UPS bypass was in place, but hardware damage was detected in multiple core switches. All servers are currently back online, but we are continuing to closely monitor and investigate the incident.
Our team is working closely with the data center’s engineering staff to identify the root cause and ensure full restoration of all services with the highest urgency.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
We would also like to note that prior to this event, we successfully maintained a 100% uptime record over the past three months. In line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we will take the necessary steps to provide compensation where applicable. Further details regarding SLA adjustments will be shared via our client area shortly.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Kind Regards,
NYRU Services Limited
